We are currently recruiting for a Sales Representative in Baltimore with a fast paced and very rapidly growing software firm in the mobile security market, backed by an international parent company. Led by industry veterans, the Company was established to provide unique mobile security solutions to most discerning customers in both the US Federal Government and global enterprises. Since founding, it has filed 17 patents on its technology and continues to grow into new markets as the demand for mobile security technology has never been higher.
This new position will be responsible for and focused on growing revenues of their new award winning software product. Initially this position will work both with direct sales efforts as well as indirect channels as the company grows.
secures the last 2 feet of a customer’s network-- 2 feet: the distance from the computer screen and an open window into your company’s most valuable assets. This cutting edge technology uses attention-sensing technology to let you work normally, ensuring no eavesdroppers are able to access information on a laptop by using the webcam and advanced facial recognition algorithms. It is particularly compelling for clients that deal with sensitive data where there are no current solutions to protect against the eavesdropper or insider threats in such a way.
The ideal candidate for this role will:
Have small company experience with proven success selling (ideally) software security solutions or technology solutions to enterprise customers
Demonstrated consistent performance in prior sales role(s)
Ambitious and driven go-getter with the desire to grow
Ability to multi-task and wear multiple hats in a dynamic environment
In this role you will be responsible for:
Develop and execute a plan to achieve sales quota for products in the territory assigned
Maintain a high level of sales activity to drive revenue attainment through warm leads
Build and maintain a sales pipeline
Involve management with all significant revenue opportunities
Participate in Product Management calls to drive alignment of customer needs and product roadmap
4+ years sales experience (Software and Security sales experience preferred)
Willingness to travel
